What is SEAT?

SEAT is a mobile app that provides food delivery and collection service within a stadium. Using the app, Customers have the ability to order food directly to their seats or alternatively order food for collection, skipping the queues.

When and where is SEAT available?

SEAT will be available in all partnered stadiums. A List of all SEA clients are available on the company’s website www.seat-fdc.com SEAT will be available at selected kiosks 2 hours prior to the event and throughout the match, concluding 15 mins after halftime.

How does SEAT work?

Once an order is placed, it will be sent to the appropriate kiosk where an estimated collection or delivery time will be given.

How secure are my financial details?

Extremely secure.
SEAT saves your payment details locally on your phone, eliminating the risk of cyber attacks.

What devices support the SEAT App?

As of today, SEAT supports all iOS devices. However, Android users can also expect the App in the near future.

Do I have to be at the stadium to place the order?

No, you do not have to be at the stadium to place the order. However, you will want to be there when you order your food for delivery, or collection to make sure your food stays warm and at its best condition.

Can I place multiple orders?

Yes, you can. However, all the orders will be processed separately, meaning you will receive them separately.

Can an underage user order alcoholic drinks?

Make sure you have your ID ready if you have ordered alcohol and may look under 25.

How much does SEAT cost?

You can download the SEAT App for free.

What if my App freezes?

If your App freezes, make sure you exit and close it, wait for 30 seconds and reload. This should solve the problem.
